What to Wear to a Winery Wedding in Paso Robles
Vineyard weddings have their own dress code, and it's not what you'd wear to a ballroom. Here's how to dress for a Paso Robles winery wedding as a guest.

They are thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and seamlessly executed by a team that treats your event as if it were their own.
Who We Are
Paso Robles Event Planning (PREP) is a wedding and event planning company based in Paso Robles, California. We work with couples, families, wineries, nonprofits, and businesses across San Luis Obispo County and California's Central Coast, as well as destination clients coming in from outside the region.
Our work covers wedding planning, wedding management, event coordination, event design, and vendor management. Some clients want us involved from the very first venue conversation. Others come to us six weeks out. We meet people where they are.
Estera founded PREP after years of working in hospitality, event execution, and venue operations. She built this company and the team behind it around a simple idea: the planning process should feel as good as the event itself.

Writing your own vows is one of the most personal things you can do on your wedding day. Here's how to do it without the panic.
Why We Do It
Most event professionals talk about timelines, logistics, and production. Those things matter. But they are not why people gather.
We got into this work because of what happens when planning is done well. Guests are present. Couples are relaxed. Families reconnect. The moments that actually matter get to happen without someone scrambling in the background.
That is what we are trying to protect. Every decision we make in the planning process is in service of that.
We plan for the moments between the moments, the ones that end up in the stories you tell for years.
We walk people through the process, explain the decisions, and share what we know. That is not standard in this industry, and it should be.
Your priorities, your family, and your vision guide everything. We do not have a signature style we impose on clients.
Operational excellence is the foundation. But it is never the point. The point is always the people.
How We Do It
We start by asking questions most planners skip. We want to know not only what you want the event to look like, but also what you want it to feel like and what success actually means to you.
01
Before we suggest anything, we ask. Your vision, your concerns, and your family dynamics all shape how we work.
02
We build a plan around your goals: venue, vendors, timeline, budget. Nothing is pulled from a template.
03
We manage vendors, contracts, and communication. You stay informed without being buried in details.
04
On the day itself, we handle what comes up so you can actually be there for it.
What Makes Us Different
Clients often say working with PREP feels like having a trusted friend who also happens to know every vendor in Paso Robles. That combination of genuine care and real operational experience is hard to find.
We communicate proactively and clearly. No chasing us down for updates.
Years of working relationships in Paso Robles and the Central Coast means we know who delivers and who to avoid.
Most issues are preventable. We look ahead, flag concerns, and have a plan before anything becomes a crisis.
Events are unpredictable. Our job is to handle it quietly so you never have to know it happened.
We share what we know throughout the process. Clients who understand what is happening make better decisions and enjoy the experience more.
A great event is one where everyone feels taken care of, not just the host. We keep that in mind from the first conversation.
An Insider Perspective
Estera sees weddings every week from the inside.
As venue manager at Bella Terra, Estera works alongside couples and vendors at real weddings on a weekly basis. She sees what works, what gets missed, and where things go wrong in practice, not just in theory. That perspective informs how the entire PREP team approaches every event.
"We plan with our clients, not for them. The event should reflect the people hosting it, not the planning team's preferences."
