Hi, I'm Estera.
I've always been the person who makes things happen.
Whether it's running businesses, managing moving parts, solving problems, organizing events, or bringing people together, I've never been very good at sitting on the sidelines. If something needs to be built, improved, coordinated, or figured out, I'm usually the first one raising my hand.
Today, I'm the founder of Paso Robles Event Planning, owner of Grand Cru Limousine, owner of Boundless Fitness, and venue manager at Bella Terra. While those businesses may seem very different on the surface, they all share one thing in common: people.
People gathering.
People celebrating.
People supporting causes.
People creating memories.
People connecting.
That's what I love.
I genuinely enjoy the challenge of events. The logistics, the problem-solving, the coordination, and the countless moving pieces that most people never see. While others see stress, I see a puzzle waiting to be solved.
But the longer I've worked with people, the more I've realized that successful events aren't really about the timeline, the flowers, the transportation, or even the venue.
They're about the people in the room.
Some of the most meaningful moments I've witnessed weren't planned months in advance. They were the moments that happened because someone was paying attention. A couple getting a quiet moment alone after a busy wedding day. A grandfather getting one last dance with his family. Friends reconnecting after years apart. Those are the moments people remember long after the event is over.
My approach is simple: I listen.
I don't believe in telling clients what they should want. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all planning. Every event, every organization, every family, and every client is different. Before I make recommendations, I want to understand what matters most to the people involved.
One of the things I'm most passionate about is sharing knowledge. I believe information should be shared, not gatekept. The more informed my clients are, the better decisions they can make and the more successful their events become.
At the end of the day, my goal isn't just to help plan an event.
My goal is to help create an experience where people can be present, celebrate what matters, and walk away with memories they'll carry for years to come.

Assistant Coordinator
Alicia brings warmth and attention to detail to every event she works. She genuinely loves the setup, the logistics, and the moments in between. It shows in how she engages with clients and guests alike.
Her organizational instincts and steady presence make her an invaluable part of the team on event day. Whether she's managing a vendor timeline or making sure the couple has a quiet moment to themselves, she handles it with care.
